Donations of Masks and Sanitizers to Low Income Families – Part 03

We continued with our donations of masks and hand sanitizers to families in need and spent time to educate them on their importance and how to use them properly. In Sri Lanka, it is mandatory that everyone wears masks when they go out. Especially in public places. Families who were struggling before the Pandemic are now facing more hardships. Once the curfew is over, moms and dads from remote communities rush to towns to buy groceries for survival. They do not understand the importance of wearing masks. They can not afford hand sanitizers and masks from the small income they earn. Therefore, we donated masks and hand sanitizers to around 200 families living in remote areas in Anuradhpura, Polonnaruwa, Kegall and Chilaw in Sri Lanka.  And team spent time to educate these families on the importance of using masks and hand sanitizers. Together, we can beat the virus. So, these families need little help from our side.
